Casey Anthony caught name dropping cop ex-beau after fight with romantic rival

Newly released bodycam video shows Casey Anthony pointing out her damp clothes after an altercation with a romantic rival – and alleging they had both dated the same police sergeant.

Anthony — who was acquitted a decade ago of murdering her 2-year-old daughter — called West Palm Beach cops from O’Shea’s Irish Pub after an argument over a man she and the drink-wielder had both previously dated turned messy.

She alleged that the woman, identified as Thelma Moya, poured a drink on her leg during the altercation.

“She verbally assaulted me but physically assaulted me with witnesses,” Anthony tells police, the bodycam video shows, according to People.

“I’m still damp from the drink which she threw at me,” she adds.

When asked what the fight was about, Anthony tells police that they had been squabbling over the same man.

“We dated the same person for a couple of years,” she says. “Malcolm Allison, who is with one of your department — one of your sergeants.”

Anthony continues: “Whether they’re together or not together, she got upset that he had texted me. I let her know that he had. And she came inside and threw a drink at me.”

She later reiterates her relationship with the man.

“I hate to say it, but Malcolm Allison, who is one of your sergeants, would be able to confirm all her information,” Anthony says. “I don’t want to get him involved. He’s my ex — he’s her ex. That’s why all of this happened.”

Allison did not return a message left by People for comment. A spokesperson with the department did not immediately return the mag’s calls and texts.

The reporting officer wrote that Anthony wanted the pub incident to be documented, but that she declined to press charges.

Moya told Fox News last week that the incident had “zero to do with an ex-boyfriend.”

“That only reverts to how we originally met,” Moya told the network, adding that the two women are “not friends.”

“It wasn’t just over an ex-boyfriend,” she added. “There’s more to it I wish to not say.”

Anthony was found guilty in 2011 of four misdemeanor counts of lying to police — who were investigating the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee, and the child’s eventual death in 2008 — but was cleared by the jury on all serious charges she faced.

Anthony was sentenced to four years behind bars, but was released just weeks later, in July 2011, due to credit for time served.
